I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it. I guess love at first sight does exist!!! Chambray or denim in general is such a unisex style but I love how the crochet embroidery here makes the piece rather feminine. I remember the day I wore it I kept staring down at the details, it's just too pretty! I paired it with a vintage crochet purse (I sure love to match sometimes, okay maybe all the time), these lovely sandals with silver beads and giant flowers on top, and a very special ring. This floral carved mother of pearl oval ring by Stephen Dweck is absolutely beautiful and intricate. Photos don't do it justice as it was difficult to capture the details. I first heard of Stephen Dweck back when Gossip Girl was airing (Blair and Serena wore tons of Stephen Dweck jewelry). Did I also mention Beyoncé and Rihanna have also worn Stephen Dweck? And now I get to collaborate with such an reputable brand... what an honor! I also really appreciate how Stephen himself even wrote me a nice personal note along with the ring too! I usually keep my accessories to a minimal, but today's look is an exception. When I was asked to pick my favorite piece from the AshLee Frazier for Accessory Concierge collection, the Wanderlust necklace really caught my eyes. This statement necklace made of antique Tibetan silver and crystal is absolutely stunning and I love how much it adds to an outfit. I paired it with a lovely floral dress from Irene's Story with laced up details in the back and a wide brim wool fedora hat (which perfectly matches the color of the floral). I have been wearing so much black and white lately that this edgy bohemian pastel look seems especially refreshing!

Objects Without Meaning is an up and coming brand that I am totally lusting over as of late. There is just something quite fresh about it. Like this Cove pleated skirt I am wearing... it is colorful without being childish, it is a bit crazy without being tacky. It has a good flow, both visually and physically. I paired it with everything black to keep this look more chic and sleek. On a different note, these photos were shot at this one spot along the shore by the bay in Foster City and it reminds me of the times I would photograph near the coast in Santa Cruz (one thing I truly miss about living there). The wind really blows it (pun intended) over there though, my hair was insane in 2/3 of the photos and but at least my skirt looked cool!

My skin, for the most part, is pretty well-behaved (thank you Asian genes!) but my pores have become larger and more noticeable throughout the years. Clarisonic suggests that I try the Deep Pore Detoxifying Solution which includes the Mia 2, daily cleanser, and clay mask. I have only been using it every other day for a couple of weeks (I like to take things slow when I am trying out new skin products), but I am loving the result! My pores appear smaller and my face feels so baby soft! Did I also mention it smells really good and fresh too? If you are curious about Clarisonic, I say give it a go!
