I fell in love with this leather and chiffon vest the moment I saw it on ShopAKIRA. It is the best of both worlds. The leather and motorcycle style are edgy whereas the beige color and sheer chiffon are soft and feminine. I often combine very different elements into one look so this piece is right up my alley! I paired it with these amazing high waisted snake print leggings from the kids section at Target on clearance for ten dollars. No joke! One of the best finds ever! I threw on my beloved pair of Jeffrey Campbell Tripoli which also has that soft yet edgy feel like the vest. Lastly, I finished the look with some red lips and a red clutch for a pop of color (and also to match the red and white snack stand in the background).

Happy Friday everyone! I have been holding out to wear these amazing leather overalls with the perfect accessories until this set of cat bags arrived at my door. They are my new favorite things and as silly as it sounds they make me happy! Swiss dotted chambray button up with matching swiss dotted tights, paired with buttery soft leather overalls and Miista Nia croc leather boots that I have been wearing to death. I would wear this outfit over and over!

Three stripes and you are out? More like three stripes and you are in! I have always loved stripes and I am so thrilled that bold stripes is trending this Spring. So why not wear three different sets of stripes in one outfit? I styled this look around the amazing Roya bag from my new sponsor Melie Bianco. I just couldn't resist periwinkle blue, stripes, grommets, spikes, and tassels. Sometimes too many elements combined into one can be too much, but this one is done just right. I paired it with striped Jordan jeans by Motel and striped top by Finders Keepers (you can't tell but the stripes are periwinkle blue just like the bag and my Plomo loafer flat boots). Lastly, I tossed over an oversize sweater coat to give this straightly shaped look some volume. Three stripes, five stripes... I will wear however many stripes I want! Fashion has no rule after all!

This is one of the most beautiful and delicate jacket coats I have ever seen. A mixture of crochet lace and embroidered honeycomb texture bedazzled with rhinestones in a vintage silhouette with paneling design. It is simply gorgeous. The colors too are subtly pleasing, panels of peach, cream, yellow, and mint looking a bit like layers of cake. Lace on lace, I paired this unique piece with a crochet lace shift dress, and topped with yet another flower crown handmade by me.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! A heart cut out velvet dress is only appropriate for this romantic occasion! I made a flower crown with pink and light pink roses to go with it since the front of the dress is rather simple. Lately I have been really into making these flower crowns, you can expect to see more of them soon! I want to dedicate this post to all my lovely readers who have been supporting me in the past year and a half. I really appreciate every comments filled with kind words, suggestions, and encouragements. I love you all!

Marvelous mauve and nifty navy make the perfect pair! I love wearing hearts and girly outfits through the entire February, not just because of Valentine's Day but also our anniversary. Unlike the ultra pink outfit in my last post, this look is more subtle. Peter pan collar top layered with heart print cardigan, paired with stripes mini skirt, satchel handbag, and feminine scalloped booties. When it comes to mixing and matching colors, it's all about using the right shades. If the mauve is a lighter pink and the navy is sky blue, that would look awful. Just like yellow and green can go either way as well... bright yellow and true green can make you look like a tropical fruit whereas olive and mustard can be vibrantly pleasing.
