I am usually awake by 9:30am but I am by no means a morning person. My first meal of every day is brunch, which is a habit I am trying break since I am fully aware of the importance of breakfast. Alas I can't help it, I love brunch! When it comes to eating, I do believe that food taste better when you are using better looking kitchenware like my new set of mug, bowl, and plate by Lea Wood Ceramics. Eating something out of a pretty plate definitely helps boost an appetite, don't you think?

When I am shopping, often times I find myself thinking "I love this bag but I wish it comes in a different color" or "This bag would be so much better if the black is beige instead"! I am sure you have all been there and done that. Thankfully, this dilemma can now be solved with Wink & Winn! You can now create your ideal handbag on this easily navigated website by using its simple template with just a few clicks and drags. There are several handbag styles and an awesome selection of genuine leather, suede, and horsehair of various colors to choose from. I had so much fun just trying out different combos, the possibility is endless! Typically I like bags of neutral tones (they go with any outfits) but when Wink & Winn asked me to design my own dream bag as part of its test launch, I wanted to make something extra special. So, I came up with this saffiano textured fuchsia pink, smooth beige, and small leopard horsehair combo. It is chic but it also pops, exactly what I wanted! This whole process of turning my design into a reality has been truly exciting!

This knit bomber... where do I even begin? Not only does it have that sporty edginess of a bomber jacket, but it also has that plushy coziness of a sweater! I truly get the best of both worlds! To make the look a little more playful and less boring, I paired it with these vintage polkadots wide-leg chiffon pants. Not to mention I also love the dots against the striped details on the jacket. And to make the look a little less sporty and more chic, I added these incredible slip-on mules that have contrasting smooth and croc textures. Sporty isn't really my thing but with the twist I put on it I am kind of digging it! What do you think?

I have never been one to wear denim, perhaps it is because I never owned a pair that fit me properly and I never bothered to hunt for it. My view on denim is now completely changed since my recent discovery of McGuire Denim. Well, more like, it discovered me. The team at McGuire asked me to try a pair of their Gotham Slim and even altered it for me to fit my petite frame. I haven't been able to stop wearing them ever since! They are super fitted but extremely comfortable and I love the exposed zipper and the slit details at the ankle. They are merely perfect! I paired them with this awesome quilted cocoon coat by Motel that has the look of leather and these amazing two tone leather oxford sandals from the Wolverine x Samantha Pleet collection with cut out and slingback details. Well, there you have it, a casual look to romp around town in some of my new favorite things!

The moment I saw this dress, I knew it had to "bee" mine! Both the honeybee print and the loose babydoll cut are great for spring. I paired it with fun glitter and suede booties and a soft chambray leather tote. Just a simple outfit perfect for when I just want to throw on a dress and call it a day!

I can't think of a better piece to wear in welcoming spring than this blazer by Gentle Fawn. I mean, it just screams spring to me, don't you think? I love the pink floral graphic, the white collar, and that it is super lightweight which is perfect for this transitional season. I paired it with a white lace cropped tank, vintage pink high waisted silk shorts, and some pink and white accessories. This effortlessly chic look is also great for transitioning from day to night as well, slip on a pair of flats to run errands during the day and then change into a pair of heels and add some jewelry for going out at night!

You know how sometimes when you love something so much you can't even explain it? That pretty much sums up my relationship with Swedish Hasbeens. These t-strap sky high sandals by Swedish Hasbeens from DNA Footwear is crafted in Sweden with a wooden sole and vegetable leather in the loveliest shade of red.
