Lace on top of lace... why not? I love the look of these two kinds of embroidered organza lace together, ultra girly yet playful. The recent trend/comeback of overalls and dungarees is going out of control but I don't mind one bit! I have always loved overalls so I am happy to see them with a modern twist such as this darling embroidered lace overalls gifted by Montar. I can't even begin to explain how much I adore this little number. Everything I've tried layering it with looks amazing! Floral print, stripes, solid color, polkadots... everything goes! I love playing with textures so I settle with a mint peter pan collar top from H&M which is mostly cotton with an eyelet-like lace overlay on top. I complete the look by tying a vintage daisy scarf on my head and kicking it in sparkly socks and jewel-embellished Miu Miu swallow mary janes.

I have a slight obsession with sunflower print and just all kind of floral print in general. I have tons of vintage clothing in sunflower print from denim vest to high waisted shorts but haven't yet acquired a maxi dress until now! So I was super excited when Vintage ReBelle sent me this lovely piece! It is simply gorgeous and unforgettable. I paired it with some wooden platforms and mixed in some modern elements with my Chloé satchel and Lulu Frost matching Drift pendant and cuff.

I love this look simply because it is a combination of two different styles which I love. I am so obsessed with this eyelet cut out dress gifted by GoJane. The white and eyelet are feminine and delicate while the cut out is flirty and edgy. It is such a lovely piece and it fits like a dream! I wore a bright pink lip cream to match this awesome pink building and a statement black and white striped floppy hat for bold contrast. Lastly, I gave this black and white look a pop of color with a yellow satchel and the amazing Lulu Frost banana necklace that screams anything but summer!

Don't let these images fool you, what appears to be a soft and delicate field was actually extremely prickly! I was poked a few times and even got splinter walking through this field. Things I would do for some good shots... Anyways, let me steer your attention to the dreamy druzy on my finger and wrist. This matching set of 18 karat gold plated druzy ring and cuff gifted by Kalliste Handmade Jewelry are my newest obsession! Lena Katsimbrakis's beautiful designs are delicate, rustic, and one of a kind. I personally cannot wait to get more gems from her! By the way, Lena is offering my readers 10% off one item (use code "Kalliste10") and 20% off two items (use code "Kalliste20"). So, what are you waiting for? Go check out her shop now!

Today, I am very excited to share with you this special outfit post along with an interview I did with one of my favorite designers Nina Egli of Family Affairs! Family Affairs is a cross-Atlantic mother-daughter duo with daughter Nina in New York and mother Kaya in Switzerland. "From New York, Nina gathers and sends packages of visual inspiration: essence, fabrics, colours, and shapes, across the seas to Kaya and the process begins to take shape. Then delving into Kaya’s archives they pull designs, which they adjust and refine to create the bone structure of each piece." Seasons after seasons, I have been a huge fan of Family Affairs' simple yet whimsical designs. From telephone pattern to crystal print, from peter pan collar blouses to flowy feminine dresses, the Spring/Summer 2013 collection is especially darling! I seriously love them all but one of my favorites is the Minnie overall dress I am wearing here. It has such simple and classic silhouette that goes with everything!
