Copal, Seattle

Copal was a hidden gem I stumbled upon while wandering around Seattle. I peeked through its window on Christmas Day when it was closed, but the space looked so amazing that I decided to go back the following day. Hands down, one of the best visually pleasing restaurants I have ever been to... the tiles on the bar, the mint color, the iguana on the wall, and that darling arch door way. Oh, even the restrooms were beautiful! Last but not least, let's talk food! I had the watermelon agua fresca, watermelon salad, and smashed avocado with queso. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious. Great decor, exceptional bites, I highly recommend Copal!
