Rome was my last stop and I couldn't think of a better way to end my European adventure. There's something about Rome that makes you want to experience it all. Just like many other cities on this trip, I have been to Rome a few times so instead of seeing all the touristy spots, I spent my three days there living like a local (or try to)! I met a few true Romans and they were able to show me the rope... We hung out in hip neighborhoods such as Monti and Trastevere, drank wine and laughed so hard in many piazzas, danced the night away at clubs, and definitely fell in love. I even got my 10th (a dainty rose) and 11th (my grandma's birth year in Roman numerals) tattoo in Rome... See! Rome does somehow bring out the adventurous side in me!
